01 — Products Covered

These terms apply to all digital products offered by Nina Ferreyra LLC, including but not limited to: Money Spell, Identity Reset, Nina Unfiltered, Wealthy Timeline, affirmation tapes, ebooks, rituals, activations, and all digital downloads. These terms govern all current and future digital products sold through Nina Ferreyra LLC channels including Stripe, Stan Store, and any affiliated platforms.

02 — All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of all products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read the product description and understand what you are receiving.

03 — Entertainment & Personal Use

All Nina Ferreyra LLC digital products including spells, rituals, activations, affirmation recordings, voice memos, and written materials are intended for entertainment and personal development purposes only. 04 — Intellectual Property

All content, audio recordings, written materials, and digital products sold by Nina Ferreyra LLC are the sole intellectual property of Nina Ferreyra LLC and its creator. You may not reproduce, share, resell, redistribute, or repurpose any product or portion of any product. You may not share access credentials, download links, or Telegram channel invites with others. Products are licensed for personal use only. Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in legal action.

05 — Access & Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase via the method specified on the product page. It is your responsibility to ensure access details are saved upon purchase. Nina Ferreyra LLC is not responsible for lost access due to account deletion, platform changes, or failure to save delivery information. Access to community channels such as Telegram may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms.

06 — Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Failure to complete payments may result in revocation of product access. Nina Ferreyra LLC reserves the right to pursue outstanding balances.

07 — Limitation of Liability

Nina Ferreyra LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use any digital product. Your purchase and use of any product is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

08 — Changes to These Terms

Nina Ferreyra LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of or access to any product following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
